Day 1 (01.03)

So yesterday I had a long day at uni, and didn’t have time to go to gym, but still I’m quite happy I managed to eat less than usual.

Morning: Black bread with cheese, black coffee. 

Lunch: Pasta with chicken and mushrooms + cappucchino

Dinner: 2 bananas ( I was just too tired to cook, I had slept for 4hours last night)
